We are the controller of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

This policy applies to the presentation websites operated by DroSys s.r.o. at drosys.cz, rezervace.drosys.cz and drones.drosys.cz.

What data we process and why

Visiting this website: This website contains no contact form, registration or analytics tools. When you visit, we process no personal data beyond technical server records (IP address in access logs) necessary for the security and operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in ensuring the functionality and security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months.

When you contact us: If you e-mail or call us, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the communication) in order to handle your enquiry and any discussion of potential cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in communicating with you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We retain correspondence for the duration of the discussions and for a maximum of 3 years after they end; in the case of contractual cooperation, for the period required by law.

Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies for basic functionality (e.g. storing your language preference). We use no analytics or marketing cookies, which is why no cookie banner is displayed. You can block technical cookies in your browser settings; this may limit the functionality of the site.

Who we share data with

We do not pass data to third parties for their own purposes. Our only processors are providers of technical infrastructure (hosting, e-mail services) under data processing agreements. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

You have the right of access to your personal data, the right to rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can exercise these rights using the contact details above; we will respond without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
